How the Virtual Process works
1. Book an Introduction Chat​
First, we'll make sure we're a good fit and answer any prelimary questions or concerns you may have about herbal medicine in general. Also making sure that Chinese Medicine is able to help your condition

2. The Intake Consultation (60 mins)​
Once we have determined we are a good fit, we will perform a complete consultation to get a comprehensive picture of your health. The licensed TCM practitioner will ask questions about your symptoms, health history, and patterns to translate your experiences into a Chinese medicine framework. We also review any relevant lab work or imaging you may have had, as well as any allergies or sensitivities, and current medications/supplements. This thorough conversation-based approach allows for precise herbal formulation without requiring extensive in-person examination, and avoids any possible herb-drug interactions.
3. Your Custom Formula​
After the consultation, your practitioner will create a custom formula of the highest quality for your specific presentation. This will be shipped directly to you to prepare at home (shipping times may vary based on location).

4. At-Home Preparation of Herbs​
Your herbs arrive as granules or loose herbs that require a simple at-home preparation with hot water (like a tea). Clear instructions are provided with each shipment on how frequently to drink, and at what dosage
